A panel for the women building, leading, and shipping inside the fastest-growing AI companies in the industry. We're skipping the polished talking points and getting into the real stuff: what it's like to build at this pace, how to find your people, and the challenges that don't make it into the press releases. Come learn, grab coffee, and bring the questions you've been hoping to ask.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Data agents are everywhere, but rarely do you get to see how to actually build one. In this session, you'll build a working data agent live, in 60 minutes — and see why context, not the harness or framework, is what makes it actually answer your questions.
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM

The past few years have brought a Cambrian explosion of new columnar formats challenging Parquet, Arrow, and Iceberg: Lance, Fastlanes, Nimble, Vortex, AnyBlox, F3. Each promises optimizations for modern workloads, but proliferation risks fragmenting the industry. Entering this AI-dominated era, some argue data infra designed before vector embeddings and GPU-optimized layouts won't cut it moving forward. While these projects incorporate genuine innovations, this framing overlooks what made the originals successful. Parquet, Arrow, and Iceberg's main contribution isn't just technical. As ASF projects, they’re consensus-building machines, aligning vendors, cloud providers, and open source communities around shared standards. The real opportunity is not in choosing between old and new, but in leveraging the communities of these established projects to absorb innovations while maintaining interoperability. In this keynote, we'll examine what’s driving these new requirements and how we can evolve the columnar ecosystem to meet AI-era demands without fragmenting into incompatible silos.
3:00 PM - 3:45 PM

The open lakehouse wars looked settled. Then came Iceberg v4 and DuckLake's case for a different approach to the lakehouse. Join us for a discussion on the future of open table formats. Hosted by Alex Monahan (O'Reilly Author), with special guests Julien Le Dem (Apache Parquet co-creator, Iceberg PMC, Arrow PMC) and Matt Topol (Apache Arrow PMC, Iceberg PMC).
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

It's time to touch grass: your customers aren't running OpenClaw in production anytime soon. They want practical, agentic workflows with tangible outcomes. Join our panel for an in-depth discussion of what's actually being implemented in production at organizations of all sizes, not just what's making the rounds on X.
